This was my first visit. Lucy was very thorough and explained everything very clearly. She spotted where my problems are within seconds. I am looking forward to going back next week. Everything she asked me to do was very achievable and it was not at all daunting.

I have found Lucy’s approach to my scoliosis problem exceptional. She is a lovely person who has taken my progress very seriously and without exception I feel she is there for me every step of the way.

Lucy is the most knowledgeable pilates instructor I have ever met. The smallest adjustment made all the difference...totally amazing!
