It has been several months now (time flies when you are having fun) and I am amazed at Lucy’s ability to adapt so quickly when something doesn’t work and to put me through my paces when it does. She has a thorough understanding of the minutiae of the human body and an engaging communication style. All workouts are fun and challenging and I am thankful for her understanding and research into hypermobility. Highly, highly recommended.

I'm new to Pilates and trying to get back into fitness after being pretty lax lately. Lucy is incredibly patient. Her classes teach me to slow down and use my brain in ways that aren't natural to me yet. I feel better after every single session. Highly recommend.
